PMWeb for the project’s cost management needs. The private multi-year remediation
project will rehabilitate the former copper mine and surrounding areas.
Denver International Airport,
South Terminal Redevelopment Project
Denver, Colorado
Provided subject matter expertise of project controls software and procedures for the
south terminal redevelopment. Nolan Morrison Consulting worked as a program
implementation team member bringing procedures and systems to the airport’s Capital Improvement Division. Led the Contract Manager implementation as trainer and procedure writer with additional efforts towards needs assessment and RFP writing.
